The vision

The front office is where the school's "welcome" becomes a real place. The vision is warm and professional: a proper reception desk at the check-in window, comfortable workspace for staff, a cozy seating corner for waiting families, and the Harvest Academy name on the wall in full. It's the room where a nervous new parent gets put at ease and where the day-to-day care of the school happens. This is a bigger project than most — so it's built to be shared.

What you'd be doing

This project comes in three tiers, and families or businesses can sponsor any one of them: Tier 1 — Furniture & Storage: the reception desk, work desks, chairs, cabinets, and sofa. A great fit for a business sponsor or a furniture donation. Tier 2 — Comfort: the accent chair, rug, lamps, and the cozy touches that make families feel at home. Tier 3 — Identity & Décor: the Harvest Academy wall logo, mission and welcome signs, plants, and art — a beautiful, beginner-friendly afternoon.

Site notes

Measure before buying furniture — the reception desk must fit the check-in window location with clear circulation; confirm back-wall length for cabinets. Coordinate with the contractor's sliding check-in window (from the entry project) before placing the desk. The render shows built-in-looking cabinetry, but the plan is freestanding modular cabinets pushed together — no carpenter needed. The burgundy valance is reused, not purchased. Clear all existing clutter (chairs, shelving, totes, coat rack) first and confirm a destination for anything reused elsewhere. Floor, paint, trim, ceiling lighting, window, and valance stay as-is.

Ideal sponsor

Ideal multi-sponsor or business project. A local business (office-furniture dealer, bank, realtor, or church partner) is a natural fit for Tier 1 — possibly as a donated or discounted furniture package. Tiers 2 and 3 are perfect for one or two families who want to handle comfort and styling.
