The vision

IMPORTANT NOTE: The glass vestibule and sliding window will be installed by a contractor This is the front door — the first ten seconds of every visit, every tour, every parent's first impression. New glass doors are coming from a contractor, but the feel of the space is ours to create: the Harvest Academy wheat mark and name on the wall, a beautiful framed Scripture welcoming people in, clean entry mats, and a touch of green. Right now it's a storage corner. The vision turns it into a front entry that tells everyone exactly where they are and what this school stands for.

What you'd be doing

Applying the Harvest Academy wheat decal and lettering to the entry wall, hanging the large framed "Nehemiah 2:20" sign, mounting a small visitor check-in sign, laying down two commercial entry mats, adding a potted plant, and clearing the space of the items currently stored there. The decal work rewards a steady hand (or a sign-shop assist); everything else is straightforward weekend work.

Site notes

Contractor exclusion: the glass entry doors, interior glass storefront wall, and sliding check-in window are installed separately by a contractor — not part of this project. Sequence around the contractor: confirm the glass install happens BEFORE decal/signage go up so wall surfaces are final. Stored items (coat rack, vests, totes) need a new home. Confirm wall surface is clean, smooth, fully-cured paint for vinyl adhesion. Floor, paint, trim, lighting, and EXIT sign stay as-is.

Ideal sponsor

One family or a local business. Great fit for a family with patience and an eye for detail, or a sign/print business that could donate or discount the custom decal and framed sign.
